Painted rain barrels bring home the message of conserving water
Fifty-five gallon rain barrels are functional works of art in a new project organized by the area Water Quality Forum. The 25 painted barrels created through "Rainy Day Brush-off" will be sold in an online eBay auction starting May 19.
