It's ba-ack! Mural painted over due to city rules finds new home -- inside
A new location for a local art gallery also means a new home for a lost mural. The Monroe Street Gallery is moving less than a block away from its original shop in downtown Monroe. The art gallery last year had been forced to remove a mural on an exterior wall due to City of Monroe laws.
