Custom House welcomes touring Coast Guard exhibit
NEWBURYPORT and mdash; It's not often that a major art exhibition on a national tour stops through Newburyport. But considering the focus of this artwork, this exhibition belongs in the city. For the next week or more, a 29-painting exhibit that is part of the Coast Guard Art Program will hang at the Custom House Maritime Museum in Market Square, in the city where the Coast Guard was born.
