The First United Methodist Church in Western Springs not only serves as the occasional live sound stage for rock bands, but also the headquarters for the second annual Southwest Folk Festival. Local residents Toby Foster and Pat LaBahn, members of the band Arkansas?, worked with friends to book about 35 musicians from all over the United States who will perform Friday and Saturday at the festival.
