Sculpture brings attention to 'Missing Trees'
For residents of the most densely populated state in the nation, the symbolism behind a newly unveiled sculpture in Highland Park may be hard to miss. New Jersey residents are "Missing Trees." Eight rectangular white panes with missing trees cut out stand on a previously vacant lot near the corner of South Seventh Avenue and Donaldson Street.

Albus Cavus brings artistic tradition to Middle East
For Albus Cavus, what started out as a small art gallery exhibit in a New Brunswick basement in 2002 has expanded nationally, and will soon go worldwide. Next month, from Oct. 4 to 18, the group will be collaborating with urban planners and developers in Dubai to create sculptures and other artwork, said Peter Krsko, Co-Founder of Albus Cavus, a local art group.
