Local festival helps residents fall into autumn
Though they do have the word in their name, scarecrows are not really all that scary, at least not to humans. Scarecrows are works of art to celebrate a season more than they are something to fear. This weekend students and community members were given an opportunity to observe and even purchase one of many scarecrows created by local businesses, groups or individuals.
