Norfolk to set aside funds for public art
NORFOLK The City Council on Tuesday voted unanimously to set aside 1 percent of all publicly financed projects costing more than $500,000 for public art. The council decided to fund the public art program four years ago and created an arts commission to select art and decide where it would go.
