Selected artist withdraws from public library
Approved public artwork for the new Milpitas Public Library has hit a second snag. Diana Whitecar, Milpitas' Economic Development manager, told Milpitas City Council on April 1 that the selected artist for the library's south tower, Rebeca Bollinger, withdrew from the project.
