Miller displays artwork at new Seaside location
Bart Miller, well-known among the crowds at the Saturday and Sunday markets in Astoria and Ilwaco, Wash., will now be displaying his “Art by Bart” fine art collection on a permanent basis at a new gallery on Hwy 101 and “U” Street in Seaside, called “C” by the Sea. Storeowner Chuck Miner inked a deal with Miller to feature his work along with several other artists.
