Tulip Fest kicks off today
Thousands will be tip-toeing through the tulips in Albany's Washington Park for the 60th Tulip Festival. Events kick off at noon with the annual scrubbing of State Street.

Extra transit service for Race for the Cure
SEPTA will operate a special early morning R3 Media-Elwyn train and provide additional capacity on its other regional rail lines to accommodate spectators traveling to the Race for the Cure on Sunday in Philadelphia. The race begins with an opening ceremony at 7 a.m. at Eakins Oval by the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
