SUMMIT COUNTY — The United Way of Summit County (UWSC) recently announced the winners of its Fourth Annual Youth Initiative Creative Arts Contest. A total of 171 entries were submitted from all over Summit County illustrating the theme “Everyone Can Make a Difference.”
