Art festival draws crowds to park
The last thing Lisa Summers expected to find Saturday at ArtFest was her daughters playing with smelly dead fish. "That's just nasty," Summers said, covering her mouth as 9-year-old Courtney Eastep poked the fish with her finger and then picked up the scaly body for a better look.

Harcourt herds symbolize move to new schools
On the last day of school, Harcourt Elementary students divided into herds in the gym. In art teacher Jennifer Thompson's class, students created and decorated their own clay elephants to participate in last week's "elephant migration," a celebration of Harcourt's closing and the students' move to other schools.
