Stolen Metal Grates May Show Up As Main Street Public Art
As I read about the stolen metal grates in Chattanooga it's become apparent that this is another public art project for the good of Chattanooga. Look for these grates to be welded, painted bright blue, erected on Main Street and hailed as art. Then let's have the City Council pay $50,000 to buy it.
