EAST LIVERPOOL - In 1968, Linda Alexander was crowned as the first Tri-State Pottery Festival Queen. Forty years later, her crown has been passed to Brittany Webber, 17, of Louisville, Ohio. Allie Sanchez, 15, Iesha Abbott, 16, and Samantha Erwin, 17, all of East Liverpool, were named princesses.
